We are a GTA 5 PC Car Meet community with 1000+ people in our server, We host meets almost daily and we only allow clean builds.
We do not allow any sort of riced builds if it isnt a specific meet theme. Example of riced builds is if you put all the mods onto the car and put stuff like neons / chrome colors.
We like to keep it more simple with stuff like wheel changes or small body part changes.
